James is an English television personality, who is best known for being a cast member on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex since 2013. 

James has since appeared on Paramount + and MTVs Celeb Ex on the Beach and the 39th USA TV Series, The Challenge, Channel 4s Celebs Go Dating, BBC Threes Celeb Dinner Date. 

James is currently focusing his efforts training as an actor and attend the Jack Ryder School of Acting.
